I decided to put this here only because it came from the FDA, otherwise it should be in rants and raves.

Not a long read but it sounds to me like they are still trying to get doctors to prescribe less opiods just because they feel they are prescribing too many.
Times are tough when "Happy Hour" is your nap.
My mind not only wanders, sometimes it leaves completely!

It has the stench of anti-pain sufferers to me... when are they going to take us into the equation as real people.  They started out talking like it was all good... "while still providing appropriate pain treatment to patients who have medical needs for these medicines."  Then they instantly spin out into "However...".  What cow flops!  However... how about however, you've made the doctors are so friggin scared that you'll get them turfed from their profession that they won't touch a pain sufferer who requires opioids to manage their pain with a ten foot pole.  Friggin monsters!
