You can get gel capsules so you can just swallow a measured amount without having to cook it down to ingest it. That was what I was told supposedly there are several ways to use raw MJ in cooking but I only know what I have been told

I have been recommended this many times though I have yet to have all the ingredients to make it.  It's called cannabutter... essentially, whatever you cook or bake that requires butter, this is your medicated butter substitute.

One caviat that most folks have given me is that your house will smell strongly of cannibis when you make this which can last for a long time in a house.  The butter itself doesn't really smell all that potent.  If you can make it in an outdoors setting, you will eliminate the chance of making your house smell too "floral".
