Made it through my 30th anniversary - alive.

I made it through my 30th anniversary - alive. It wasn't easy. we started a week or so early doing the prep-work. Lots of shopping, even though we didn't buy much, just lots of time in the stores. Wich, I'm sure all of you know can be a trying experience. This was mentally trying on me as well as physical. Having to be on my best behavior, which I felt my wife was taking advantage of wasn't easy, but she is my wife who I promised to cherish and all that... BS... SO I did my best. Yesterday was the most trying I've had in a LONG TIME. I had to set up the yard with tables and chairs and other stuff. Pressure cookers, food, drinks. AND be on my best behavior which in a lot of pain wasn't easy.

I slept almost all day today recovering. I might take it easy tomorrow as well. My wife has many honey-do lists for the next few weeks as well. I don't know how well that is going to go. She is a hoarder and has plans to gut the bedroom to put in some new furniture that a member of the church donated. AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGG.  :emowall: :emowall: :emowall: Not sure how that is going to go. I'm only one man (broken). She has fibro as well, but she is on some very strong pain killers, I'm on Tramadol, which I barely notice, and Lyrica, which I also don't really notice either. I can double the meds, but get really stupid and weak on them then, not that I'm the sharpest tool in the shed anymore with the fog and all

Happy anniversary... forgot to say it on the last ones... rats... I hate rats!!  {shudder}

30 years!!  WAHOOOOO!!!

New bedroom...  wahwhat???  Oh crap.  Here comes the pain!!!  {sigh}  Maybe the church would like to donate a couple of big strong folk to do the heavy moving (or all the moving) and you can rest your weary body.  :great:  Who knows?

In any case, congrats.  Glad you were able to survive the event. :bighug:
