I can not confirm these work or even help but thought some of you might want to give it a try.

Interesting.  I have used self massage to try to release the most noisy muscles but if I understand, pressure points have little to do with our musculature and more to do with our nervous system (or something poorly scientifically defined as meridians).  Have to give it a go... but I think I'll likely still use the massage to try and shut up the hecklers in the crowd. ;)
