Just wondering... has anyone had "bowel issues" with eating chocolate?  I love my occasional M&M's but lately I can't tolerate them.  I'll pay for it the next day...

I found out that food with whey products give me no end of trouble so I closely monitor what I eat these days.  But chocolate... jeez, if I have to give that up I might as well pack it in!  :emomad2:

I do not think I have had that reaction to chocolate. I do know that I can eat the same exact thing three days in a row and have different types of bowel  movements every day. Really gets aggravating at times.  :yikes:

I have problems, even if I don't eat chocolate. Although I go with peppermints (Altoids) and it helps sometimes, specially when I have heartburn.

WARNING: Don't eat to many peppermints at one time though, or you will be tossing your cookies ................
