I, like everyone else have searched the ends of the earth to see what makes me feel a wee bit better each day.
No matter how intense the pain I try to keep movin'. Maybe not for everyone but it helps me. I feel that if I stop and do nothing that my muscles freeze up on me and the pain intensifies.
My little projects help me everyday. They force me to get up and do what I love to do.! It also helps the mind, creating, building, planning......
There is also a satisfaction at the end of the day. No matter how small the project there is always a "feel good" sensation after the project is completed. The old saying goes, "If you have a job that you love, you will never work a day in your life".
That's what helps me cope, for now anyways.

That's good advice for anyone Henry! I too keep moving otherwise I would be in a Wheelchair by now. The pain has been through the roof the last while, but I still do my little walks. It hurts like _ _ _ _ but I know I have to keep moving. I also do some streatching extercises and I find it also helps!

Movement is the greatest medicine we could ever have.  Without it we are just giving up all hope and that could be fatal.  :nono1:

Well said gents.. well said.   It's like if we stand still we will spring roots and be forever  frozen in place.

Lord grant us the strength to walk through our pain and run in spite of our weaknesses.

:)  I use the puter as my diversion, then a walk and always stretching. I need to get my breathing back so I can take longer walks. Pulling along the oxygen bottle gets old after awhile. I can walk a coule of blocks before I lose my breath but thats it. Then on the oxygen.      ron
