Rules for this forum are very simple.  We expect all users to abide by these rule without exception.

• No spamming allowed. There is NO ADVERTISING or promotion of commercial sites or business or products on this forum. Any member attempting to do so will have their post deleted & their membership potentially canceled. End of story. Posts containing advertisements will be removed.  It will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
•                                                      
• No inappropriate posts. These include discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, harassing, offensive, racist, obscene, profane, sexual, vulgar, political or pornographic material, comments or posts.
  REMEMBER:  We ALL have fibro, there will be good days and bad days.   Take that into consideration, at all times.
•                                                      
• DO NOT POST USING ALL CAPITALS. Not only is it difficult to read ... its also considered SHOUTING to anyone who has a bit of knowledge about forum & newsgroup etiquette. Use ALL CAPITALS only for emphasis of a word or two.
  ALSO, use the ENTER key occasionaly, it is hard to read when a posting doesn't have "breaks" every so often.   Very important, it is hard to read, hard to follow, and please take that into consideration when you post.

• Remember the Golden Rule! Treat other members as you would have others treat you. Be courteous and tolerant to others & their points of view.

• Be tolerant of other's opinions. Every member has the right to speak his/her mind. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages.
•                                                      
• Be Advised.  This is Christian based, and oriented forum.   It is not OK to Bible thump, no more than it is OK to chastise others because of their Christian faith.  If it bothers any member this is a Christian oriented forum, then please realize you have the freedom to find another forum at any time.

• Do not be quick to jump to the conclusion that someone has "attacked" or "insulted" you. With the written word it is sometimes easy to misunderstand the "emotion" behind a post. If you feel someone has attacked you in a forum ... report it to a moderator.  Do not immediately resort to an attack of your own & thereby sinking to their level. Remember, most of us have cognitive issues and that means words are HARD! We don't always say exactly what we MEAN!

• Any arguments are to be settled via private messages and, ONLY if needed, with the assistance of a  moderator.

• Write your posts in English only as this is the default language in this forum.
•                                                      
• Before you post a new topic, please check whether a similar topic exists and add your comments there. Use the Search function before making a post to ensure there are no duplicate posts.

• Ensure that your post is in the correct board.
•                                                      
• Do not abuse your signatures, especially signatures with very large images.
•                                                      
• Respect decisions of the administrator or moderator as they are final.
•                                                      
• If you have a problem with another member that you can't resolve, use the Private Message button to report to the administrator or moderator. If you see something offensive posted, click the "report this post" link.

• All members should have ONLY ONE account. Multiple accounts ARE NOT ALLOWED!
•                                                      
• The Administrator is always right.
•                                                      
• This website reserves the right to move posts, edit posts, delete posts, ban users, or any other disciplinary action deemed necessary by the administrator.

• The Administrator/Moderator of this forum takes no responsibility or liability for any comment or opinion of members.
