Catie

I have three super easy recipes that always leave leftovers.

Chili:
1lb Ground Beef, Fried
1 Can Black Beans, Drained
1 Can Dark Kidney Beans, Drained
1 Can Light Kidney Beans, Drained
1 Can Tomatoes (or Rotel if you like a little kick)
1 Packet of chili seasoning
6-ish cups of water

Put in the crock pot for 4-6 hours and enjoy with sour cream and cheese.
Can also be made stove top. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Chicken Stroganoff:
4-5 Chicken Tenderloins
1 container sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 can of water

Put in the crock pot for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and enjoy over bread or noodles.

Chicken Tortilla Soup - It's like Chili, only with chicken, lol.
4-5 Chicken Tenderloins
1 Can Black Beans, Drained
1 Can Dark Kidney Beans, Drained
1 Can Light Kidney Beans, Drained
1 Can Tomatoes (or Rotel if you like a little kick)
1 Packet of Taco seasoning
6-ish cups of water

Put in the crock pot for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and enjoy with crushed tortilla ships, sour cream, and cheese.

All are also amazing with bread bowls.
Roll 8 balls of aluminum foil
1 Container of Pillsbury (or generic) biscuits
Roll flat, and place over foil balls
Bake according to directions.
