Great cream that actually works

How many of you use a topical cream of some kind for pain relief? Have you ever found something other than "Ben-Gay" or "Aspercream", maybe something all-natural. Something that actually works and gives good pain relief, something that is not a scam.
I found one about a month ago, when I first saw it I said, that has to be a scam, then I noticed that they were offering free samples. I figured "why not", first it's free, there's nothing better than free, especially if it works, and most importantly I figure if a company is offering free samples, they must believe in their product.

The cream is called Real-Time-Pain-Relief. If you look at their website you can see all things that are in the cream, they don't hide anything. Then I noticed that they are not only listed with the BBB, but they are FDA approved. They are very easily found in Google. If you look down about the fifth link is for getting a free sample, check out the main website, then get the free sample if you want to try it. I know I'm a customer for life, it's the only all-natural product that's ever worked for me, and it's better than my pain pills.

So I gave it a shot. When I got the package in the mail, and opened it, I basically decided it wouldn't work for me. The instructions say apply cream, wait about 10 minutes and reapply, three times day for 10 days, then you start cutting back, and most people end up only using it two or three times a week. The problem is I know there is no way I'm going to remember to take it three times a day, actually six. I won't let my Dr prescribe anything three times a day, I know I'm not going to remember.

So a couple of days later, I got some real bad lower back pain, about a 7, I figured, it's worth a shot, so I put the cream on. Waited 10 minutes, and went to move to the edge of my chair to reapply, and realized my pain level had dropped to a 3. In 10 minutes, it had dropped that much. I've used it a lot in the last month, and it's never let me down. The good thing is it doesn't just cover up the pain by irritating the skin like Ben Gay, or IcyHot, you can tell its working, but the pain just fades away, it doesn't come back when the cream wears off. Every time I put it on, my pain level drops, and I don't follow the directions. I just use it when I need it, I can only imagine if someone actually followed the directions.

Ingredients: aloe vera, arnica, capsaicin, chondroitin, emu oil, glucosamine,  menthol and  methylsulfonylmethane. I would guess that capsaicin is the most important of those.

I don't really know what in it, and don't care, all I know is that it works for me, and I've never found anything else that has ever worked for me.

robbyk,

Nice find buddy.

There are two items listed that I have tried already.  My diabetes Dr. told me to try capsaicin cream because the tops of me feet seem to itch all the time.  Well, that was a mistake, the pharmacist told me to use the 1% cream.  I tried that and thought my feet were going to burn up completely.  Found out that the 1/2% cream I could tolerate and it did help the itching a little.

The other item I use all the time as does my wife.  We have used emu oil which we get in a cream called 'Blue Emu'.  We both have used it for a few years now and it really helps with the joint and muscle pains. After getting my new knee (which was a farce) the pain level was a constant 5 or 6 in the knee.  Using the emu cream keeps it down to a 3 or 4.  My wife has arthritis in her shoulders and hands.  She uses this cream twice a day and it has eased her pain considerable.  Our GP started trying it a few months ago and told us at our last check up that it was helping his lower back.  He was thrilled that we told him about it.

Will get a free sample and see what we think.  Always looking for something that is natural and will help with the pain.  We get our 'Blue Emu' at Walgreens.  On sale it runs about $14.00 a jar, but that will last about a month or maybe a little more.

Thanks again.   :clapping:

Wolfsoul, there isn't that much capsaicin in it. Unless you are super sensitive it won't even affect you.

I have eczema and even the slightest amount of capsaicin burns like fire if it get on the eczema.

Most of the creams i have found cost to much when you had to put them over large areas of your body.

i also found that some of the creams made it imposable to get the pads for my tens unit to stick.

Thanks robby!!

Note that the free trial is only for folks living in the USA and Puerto Rico.  The rest of us will just have to make do with ordering fro the website.  I tried to order a small sample order of 5 travel packages to Canada and it was going to cost me around $15 because I got dinged with shipping charges.  HOWEVER.. I didn't get charged shipping charges when I ordered the 2oz tube for $15!!

This is a great find.  Can't wait to find it locally.  I guess for now I'll just have to wait for my order to get here.  Thanks for the find brother.  I hope that my mileage is as good as yours.  :great:
