Contemplating Suicide, 17 years old male with FM/Chronic Pain, please help.

  Really glad to see your post.  Yeah, low iron sucks.  Glad they caught it.  When it happens to my daughter, she gets sooo fatigued, depressed and grumpy.  Let us know how the infusion works for you.

   I am truly glad that you made the call and they have referred you to the pain management clinic. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
   Some days chronic pain makes it difficult to find but I can see you have spotted it. Keep up the fight , we need you!

Hi guys. As an update i just had a colonoscopy/gastronscopy this morning, to find out why i might not be absorbing the iron, and to check for possibilities such as celiac diesease. I'll let you know how the infusion goes anyway.

Glad you made it through that colonoscopy/gastronoscopy.  Hope they gave you one of those 'I don't give a damn' shots before they did the dirty deed.  Years ago, there was only a little lube and bang it was in. 

As always, we hope it turns out fine.  Keep up the good work as we are all rooting for you.

I second that too i still remember the pain.

My doctor has already told me there is NO way she's letting me have a colonoscopy without being put under!!  Something about her not wanting to hear me scream like a little girl or something...    Well.. she told me the putting me under part.. I think I might have inferred the rest.. 

So glad you made it through intact wisemeat.  Nasty business that.  Hope they find something they can do to relieve some of your symptoms.

The closest thing I've had to a colonoscopy was working for the State of Georgia Corrections...
