paceing

paceing is a pastime i get in the morning about 11:00.
That wierd anxity i get.
I told my wife this morning i felt it comming on and she gave the best advice,she said: Well do it outside please.

This is the kind of support i get around here.

Well... yeah... they do think faster on their feet than we do don't they.    Funny she didn't say something about pacing to the store to pick something up.    Mine just sighs and shakes her head when I start lapping the house.  Not sure if it's anxiety or pain or both.

If I had that problem it would seriously affect my chronic myofascial pain.    I hope you don't have it.

Oh, it does... trust me... it DOES!!  (My legs have sent me several restraining orders but I continue to ignore them in the hopes that they'll just take off one day and stop hurting so bad!  )

Just gotta move or lock up in the sitting position to where you will wish you did go pacing outside, for me anyway.

I used to pace all the time, but the last few years, if I try to pace, I make it about 10 feet before I have to yell for help to get back to my chair before I fall.

I never noticed any increase in pain because ive always done it.
I was diagnosed with myofacial pain syndrome.

Im really sorry if you cant pace.
Id go nuts if i couldnt!
And yes,i did go outside.one of the perks of doing it outside is that you can smoke MMJ ! That helps calm me down as well.

In the Airstream there was no room, at orange where I am going back to there is no room, and here at my brothers I tried to be out of site out of mind. Outside is either way to hot or way to cold, there is no in between. I would pace if I had the room, well at least I think I would lol
