I know I have to go back and reread this, and put some of the things into practice, I saw several things I am doing wrong. Could be why I'm always so depressed this time of year, especially this year. I'm open to any other suggestions, I've had a few good ideas already, we've got a couple windows that I can "layout" in front of, as long as nobody minds seeing my birthday suit. LOL
I will put you in the trunk, and help people look for you, DON'T TEST ME.

Just warn us when you do so that we can pull our blinds down.
Times are tough when "Happy Hour" is your nap.
My mind not only wanders, sometimes it leaves completely!

My eyes!!! My eyes!!!!!  Arrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Sorry, just getting in some practice just in case.  :lmao: ;)

I do often wish that real fibro came with an automatic pass to a warmer country every once in a while where we could recharge our winter-beaten batteries.  Silly pipe dream but wouldn't it be helpful.

Something tells me I'd better get to a beach front before I start digging a channel to the coast!  :insane:
Where God leads, His hand always provides keep Calm and code on....

.      Foxglove,it would be 😊 great if you dug that Channel and the altruistic effect, because you're doing something right 👉 for others, because they could get to the coast quicker,by taking a boat down the channel you carved. Hahaha LOL 😁.. I have a ultraviolet radiation light I click on my face 😊 fifteen twenty minutes a week...

.    Like almost everything with the magic kingdom of cure alls for chronic pain and fibromyalgia, they are all psychosomatic..... How badly you want it to work 🏢...... Gods way,is the only way... Gods love ❤ and  blessing for good health and long lift amen....
