Trying Eliquis

The 25 vial blood test turned up absolutely no reason that I'm developing blood clots. The blood doc said that sometimes

they can't figure it out and just treat the problem...so we both decided that I would get off the usual blood thinners and try

Eliquis. The possible sides aren't any worse than anything else and there aren't any dietary restrictions-now I can eat whatever

veggies I want without worrying about too much Vitamin K.

Also my INR was only .9 so I was nowhere near the minimum of 2.0 or better. She insisted I wait for The INR result before

I left and it was a great call on her part. I've decided to let her deal with my clotting issues instead of my GP-we both hope

the new dope will dissolve the clots and allow removal of the IVC filter-otherwise I may have it for the rest of my life (Hell to the NO!!!)


I'm also praying that getting rid of the clots and the filter will allow my legs and feet to reduce in size.
