Well, after the weekend of plumbing, now we have started to finish a remodel we started a year ago. We are mudding some sheetrock, mainly the corners. We put up some metal corner covers, and now we are doing the mudding. Personally, I'm doing as little as possible. But, there are a couple areas that I'm the only one tall enough to reach, and considering I'm only 5 ft 5 in (167.6cm) tall tells you just how short our family is  :laughbounce2:  There are also a few areas that are a little tricky and I'm the only one with the skill to make it come out right.

Needless to say that I'm feeling it right now. Not only am I sore but I'm shaking real bad, which is aggravating. Actually as long as I don't do anything I'm fine, it's only when I'm active that I hurt, and I do hurt then. I'm trying to behave myself but I've never been good at doing that. I've always done stuff I shouldn't. Which is probably one reason that I'm in the shape I'm in now.

It's sad though, we had two different guys that both do sheetrock for a living promise to come do this for us, and neither of them have shown up in the few months since they promised. Shows you who your true friends are. The part that really pisses me off is just how much we have done for both of them in the last few years.  :emowall:

Today I'm extremely sore, and I'm going to try to avoid any work, but I know I'll get to looking at it and it will drive me nuts until I do something about it. Luckily Dawn and Brandon are doing most of the work to keep me from doing it.

Supervise... well... for me that tends to work right up until the first person I'm watching hits a snag that I know how to fix.  After that I'm generally in there up to my elbows.  Never fails... there's just something in me that can't sit and watch when my brain says you need to help.  Ropes and tarp straps might keep me from participating but I can't think of much past that.  :dunno:

I sure hope you're better at supervising.  Me, I just end up stupid-vising!    buttkick

After only being able to "work" about 10 minutes Sunday, I took yesterday off, completely off. I actually behaved myself. It wasn't easy  but I did it. So I get up this morning barely able to move, and in so much pain. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.  :emowall:  :giveup:

Now if I can just behave today, I've got to do a little, but maybe I can behave and not over do it  :rotfl: :lmao: :emolaugh:
