Only thing I currently take. is myocalm pm supplement.Since starting it I've noticed the ease in muscle tensions..pain not so much but I can walk and get out of bed much easier. Its been alifesafer regarding the inflamation and doesn't destroy you like ibuprofin

Magnesium (as magnesium citrate)

Passionflower Flower 5.5:1 Extract (Passiflora incarnata)
40 mg
Valerian Root Extract (Valeriana officinalis)

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, and carrageenan)

I came across Wobenzym. The only thing that has helped with the body aches, head aches, and memory fog.

just checking it out now doing some research..Will try anything anymore
