Title: 5 Things to Consider
Post by: DEL on November 26, 2016, 02:03:21 PM
I'm not gonna say this is ground-breaking but I'd like to see what you guys think about some of this...as for me some of the

ideas are fine but living on a raw vegan diet all the time just ain't gonna happen in the Lentz household...

I guess one response to the article could be: "Well Duh".

Mostly common sense that fibro people already know. How's that regular exercise working out for you? lol

Del, I'm with you, if it don't have meat, it ain't a meal....

I paid a lot of attention to the so called pH diet. Even got a book, but like all diets it's tough to stick with.
With the food available to the average jo makes it hard too.its ALL acidic!

I couldn't do it.

That would be a gathering of some of the most basic fibro steps you'll find just about everywhere... nowadays, it's the fibro info equivalent of Captain Obvious.   Of course, to those new to it, not all of those things are completely obvious, sort of, but not completely.

As to the raw diet...  hang on while I finish laughing...

it'll be a while...

OK, I'm done... Yeah... ain't happening!!  Rich people eat to be healthy or not.. it's their choice.  Poor people eat to not die... not many choices there.
