Title: differences
Post by: denny on September 21, 2015, 02:18:55 PM
As a child i had to do things my own way.it usually took longer but it was seldom wrong.
I talked the same way.
My brothers and sometimes dad would give me hell for it. Oh yeah,i was the stupid one all right.
So naturally i dummed myself down and learned to do itthere way.

My sixth grade teacher saw this and kept me after class to show me a way of doing math that made a light go over my head.
Nobody i tried to explain it to understood.
So few good teachers!

Still, when alone,i do it my way. Its just easier.

When i read here that we were unique.i got that right away and it helped me with this disease.
Sorry i dont remember who it was.
That is smart!

There's nothin quite as great as being one of a kind.  I'd rather avoid being one of the sheeple and just follow the path that was made specially for me... the others can follow whatever path they decide.  It's great that you've stayed true to yourself.  Bravo!!  It's not hard when society is trying so hard to make us just like everyone else.

PS.. it's the lives of my brothers and sisters here that has opened my eyes to the possibilities of forums doing great good for others.  This is an amazing place and I'm very glad to be part of it!
