Today I was sent a video of the song "Confidence" by Sanctus Real 

Here are the lyrics.  I hope they encourage you as much as they did me.

I love that one!  It's in my list of pain songs I use to get myself centered.  I also love Laura Story's Blessing and about a dozen others.  Music is one of those fabulous therapy tools that seems to lift my heart and make my burdens feel a little lighter.
