I did a search and came up with nothing.

Anyway it went something like this:
I ate a bunch of turky a few days back and the sensations died down a bunch.
I was thinking it was the triptophan but no,just another stupid coincedence!

I think the sensations are temperature sensitive. At 60f it rumbles. That's probably a coincedence too,and I know 60 ain't cold but it feels like I'm shivering.

Is this giving you a hard time LG?

How to get a handle on this? Its impossible! What causes internal tremors anyway. Its exhausting!

I searched internal tremors and although it sounds like it, it had everything from pesticides to adrinal fatigue to thyroid as a cause.
I think they tested my thyroid and cortisol,I need to make sure.

One person complained to her doc and was told it can't be serious you've had it so long. OMG,doctors!

I had one attack in 1975 then it seem to go away for years. Then it came back intermitantly and now its constant.

I'm not asking anyone to get involved unless you want to but I'm staying on this till its fixed! Its priority!
I'll keep this as a record if you don't mind.

Missing posts are no problem. Most like I mucked it up somehow.

Denny, I get the internal shakes, but I put mine down to stress.  (I am a stress head at the best of times)

I find some mornings I have to get back into bed with the electric blanket on for about an hour, then it subsides.  Then I can go for days without a problem.  But when I am stressed big time, I am like it nearly all day.  Also, I think lack of sleep adds to it..

Weird as it is, I would get it checked out.

I been complaining to the doctors for years.
Most looked at me as if I were crazy.
Now its time for me to do the research,hard as that may be. Somebody has to. The doc ain't gonna like it,he told me to stay off the internet :rotfl:that's not going to happen.
I mean if they arnt going to try,what else am I going to do.
Mine isn't stress. Its a pretty low stress night and its worse than ever.
I hate this sooo bad!

I just went to a new neurologist about my tremors, shakes, lack of cordination and unsteadyness/weaving when I walk.  This person was a very well informed person and seemed to care and not judge.  She looked at my brain MRI that the radiologist and last neuro said was clear except for minor changes associated with aging.  To my suprise she said it showed that in the past I have had 4-5 mini strokes.  Couldn't find any real reason for my cordination and walking problems though.

She is going to go over the MRI in more detail and get back with me. Maybe the strokes are what is wrong with my memory. As for the tremors, mine come and go in intensity, but my arm muscles are always tense, tired and hurting, and my legs are a close second.

Funny thing...She found a record of me going to that neurology practice in 1999 with the same symptoms I went for today.  I don't remember one thing about it, but they even pulled the paper copies and looked at them.  I guess I can live with them another 16 years since I have had them this long. Right now I'm more concerned about my memory than the tremors.  It has been bad and getting worse for a while now.  With the prevalance of Alzheimer's in my family it's worrying.

We had  ten degree Celsius drop and every injury and joint hurts to top it off my car door locks froze up while I was all alone at the university. Cold in pain and stuck. Finally a fellow disabled student found me and spent ten minutes with his lighter unfreezing my door lock.. Could not thank him enough. These side symptoms are crazy

I also have had a"series of ministrokes".that's interesting.
I'm dieing of this.I can't take it any more.
Your lucky you found a neuro doc,my hmo has it hands tied by the DEA and there own F-ed up rules. And if that wernt bad enough they took on the overflow for the va hosp.
It was near impossible to work with them before. Now its down right rediculus
I just sent my doc an email asking to be put back up to 30mg plus breakthru.
I don't care about nausea,I need this!

It seems so easy to just switch me over to something else. Everything has to be so complicated!

PS-im all for the vets,
but why did my hmo have to do it?
Why?why? Why was it my hmo?
Why don't they build more hospitals.
