That's why I sneak the pics from an aisle over......and holding the camera/phone in my hand just right as I hobble by.....

I used to try and get guys towed at the Community center I worked at. There was a gym in the building and these monster guys who would pull into the handicapped spots (No placard) go into the gym run on a treadmill for half an hour to an hour then lift weights for another hour to an hour and a half. I would ask them why they did it and they would usually say they didn't want to walk the extra ten to fifteen yards from the other spaces...You could have picked my jaw up off the floor as we actually had wheel chair bound clients going to the gym that had to park a block away because of these yo yos because they couldn't get their wheelchairs out at any of the other spaces.
