This is a short survey regarding men seeking help for Fibro.  It is quite short and easy.  After completing this I took it to mean when mean "initially" seek help or if they deny and delay.

My name is Alisha Ahmed and I am carrying out a study on the relationship between masculinity and the effect it can have on the way men seek help for their Fibromyalgia.  It is for my 3rd year psychology dissertation for Birmingham City University.
The project is being supervised by Dr Atiya Kamal, a member of staff at the psychology team at Birmingham City University and has been approved by the University Ethics Committee.

Thank you for your time

Yours sincerely,

Alisha Ahmed

I was disappointed with the questions, they were all about having control over our lives, but nothing to do with how that affected us seeking help with fibromyalgia. Although there was no personal information asked for so there is no way to tie answers to a person.
